Okay guys, I’ve just decided that for the next 35 days I’m going nothing but fruits & veggies. Also, incorporating things like beans and almond milk etc for protein. But I want my body to feel nourished so no oils or breads or crap like that. If I can’t pick it off a tree, vine, ground whatever-it is NOT going into my body. Logging what I eat every night here starting tomorrow until Feb 14th yeah? That’s 35 days I think. Alright let’s do this!

The number one trick to staying on task, with anything really, but especially with weight loss-REWARD YOURSELF! The hard part for some people though is choosing rewards that aren’t food related. My suggestion is a nice warm bubble bath which I am blogging from right now! (tmi i know) Nothing better than relaxing in some warm (PINK I MIGHT ADD!) bubbles and some music after a long week of workouts! Feels so good on your muscles! Personally, right now listening to some good ol Bon Iver! Perfect band for this occasion. I may have to do this every Sunday! You should reward yourself often and bubble baths are a nice, free (well in a sense) way to do so!
Hope you enjoyed this tip! Catch ya on the flip side!
Cheers! x

Because I feel like health starts at home, and what better way to inspire clean habits than living in a clean environment!? This means I’m cleaning this sucker as if I were moving tomorrow. Also getting rid of a lot of stuff for charities-just because the holidays are over doesnt mean the season of giving is! Hope I’ve maybe inspired you to make your home match your lifestyle! x
Cheers,

Gosh, Glamour models are always SO inspiring. Wish I had the guts (and assets) to do this!

This girl is the reason I finally decided to start living a healthier life.
This is such an inspiration. Amazing huh?
woah amazing
wauw, I want this too.
oh my goodness :3
The only amazing thing about this picture is that she looks better in the “before” picture!
Uhuhhhhhh. I looked better being morbidly obese? I looked better with frequent lower back pain, being unable to climb stairs with any kind of ease, wearing a size AU22/US18, and on my way to an early grave? Yepppp, your perception is pretty skewed, my friend.
Wow very motivating!!
HP FAN <3
Wow she looks amazing! :)

Tea-Toxing
I usually drink green tea through out the day but after dinner once the night starts settling down I’ll pop in a movie and treat myself to a warm and calming tea drink. Sometimes, like the other night I made Vanilla Chai Tea simply by heating up half a cup of vanilla almond milk and putting in a packet of black chai tea.
This tea though, which I call my “Tea-Tox” is WONDERFUL to enjoy whilst winding down, or even in the morning with breakfast. I named it this because I literally feel it going to work and Detoxing my body-even makes my SKIN feel as if it’s moisturizing! So I know you’re like Kay, just list the ingredients already! Fine okay geez ;)
-Hot Water (duh)
-1 packet of natural green tea leaves
-a lemon wedge or two
-1 teaspoon of cinnamon
-1 to 2 teaspoons of minced ginger, whatever you prefer.
It’s so good and I just freaking love it. Almost on my second cup right now!
Enjoy!
