I was craving a salad so a salad I prepared.
-spring lettuce mix
-kidney beans (I buy mine in a can so make sure you STRAIN and WASH that shiz to remove excess sodium and whatever else is in the liquid it’s preserve in-so gross)
-top it with hot salsa
This smoothie was sooooo yummy!
I just blended a half banana(you guys should already know I always share the other half with my dogs haha) and set a few slices off to the side, blueberries & blackberries, pineapple, and plain almond milk-as a sweetener I included some cinnamon & a teaspoon of natural honey, blended that baby up and topped it with the banana slices and a couple of frozen strawberries and wallah!
I had a chilled apple (so fan-cey) on the way to work with my green tea
Post workout snack- a stalk of celery with peanut butter
PB&J sandwich on whole wheat (I know not the best option haha-so be it!)
Hot green tea w/ lemon is all I need to be happy at the moment. Off to work. Cheerio!

Yes-it was water weight so it comes off really quick. There was a day or two that I didn’t really eat anything but that was just because my stomach couldn’t handle food at that point. It’s all done in a healthy way-so I’m not expecting to pull those numbers every week haha!
