K, this is how you KNOW we’ve run out of food in the house, when I start making pancakes-I NEVER eat pancakes, waffles, French toast, all that jazz-too heavy in my stomach. So I made this small pancake loaded with good stuff
Blueberry pancake mix
1TBSP pumpkin puree
I really don’t like syrup anymore it’s too sweet and sticky so I took mixed berries (straw/blue/black/rasp) and heated them in a pot and added just a taste of honey. This was good, the pancake I didn’t care for-I just don’t like em! Despite the small size it sure filled me up though!
After my trip to the grocery store-
Apple & PB…must. Break. Habit.
Baby orange, tangerine? Not sure
Post workout snack:
1/2 banana with a teaspoon of peanut butter topped with a chopped walnut
Vegetable quinoa w/fresh tomatoes, hot salsa, steamed broccoli, a couple meatless meat balls, and a dash of pepper
